Laser Engraving

Precise marking and personalisation

Laser engraving for details, plaques and custom components

We create durable wording, numbers, symbols and graphics on materials suitable for laser processing. The service is used for advertising, identification, personalisation and short production runs.

The final effect depends on the material, surface and process settings. Before production, we verify the artwork, detail size and whether the required contrast can be achieved on the selected substrate.

Key benefits

A solution tailored to its real application

Technology and scope are selected for the site, operating conditions and required result.

01

Permanent marking

The engraving becomes part of the surface and needs no separate adhesive label.

02

High precision

The process can reproduce small text and repeatable details.

03

Personalisation

Each item in a series may receive a different number, name or marking.

What can be laser engraved?

Suitability depends on the material and expected result. Before accepting the job, we check whether the surface can be marked and whether sufficient legibility can be achieved.

Common applications include information plaques, identifiers, numbering, small promotional elements, gifts and components requiring permanent descriptions.

  • information plaques
  • serial numbers and identifiers
  • advertising and decorative elements
  • personalised items and short runs

Artwork and detail size

Very thin lines, small lettering and complex tonal transitions may need simplification. We review the artwork at its final production size and in relation to the material.

For variable data such as names or serial numbers, the sequence and format should be organised before production to prevent errors.

Material testing

The same artwork can look different on different surfaces. Where the result is difficult to predict or the customer supplies the material, a test may be agreed.

Testing helps assess contrast, depth and surface behaviour before the complete batch is processed.

What should you send for a quote?

Attach the artwork and provide the engraving size, material, quantity and information about any variable data. If the components already exist, include photos and dimensions.

  • artwork or marking content
  • material type and thickness
  • engraving area
  • quantity and variable data

Frequently asked questions

What to know before ordering

Final specifications are always confirmed after we review the location and project scope.

Can very small text be engraved?

Feasibility depends on the typeface, size, material and required contrast. We check the artwork before production.

Can every item have a different number?

Yes. Variable data can be used when it is supplied in a properly organised format.

Can you carry out a test?

Where justified, a test can be agreed on the actual or customer-supplied material.
