Artwork and detail size
Very thin lines, small lettering and complex tonal transitions may need simplification. We review the artwork at its final production size and in relation to the material.
For variable data such as names or serial numbers, the sequence and format should be organised before production to prevent errors.
Material testing
The same artwork can look different on different surfaces. Where the result is difficult to predict or the customer supplies the material, a test may be agreed.
Testing helps assess contrast, depth and surface behaviour before the complete batch is processed.
