Precision material machining
CNC milling for advertising elements and custom-made components
We provide precision cutting, milling, holes, pockets and grooves in materials suitable for CNC machining. We produce elements for advertising, signage, displays and other manufacturing applications.
Work is based on a correctly prepared file or documentation agreed before production. Tooling, parameters and material holding are selected for the geometry, thickness and required edge quality.

Key benefits
A solution tailored to its real application
Technology and scope are selected for the site, operating conditions and required result.
Repeatability
The same geometry can be reproduced across successive parts and batches.
Complex shapes
CNC machining creates details that would be difficult to produce by hand.
Made to dimensions
Each element follows the approved geometry and machining parameters.
What can be made with CNC milling?
The technology is suitable for letters, signs, panels, structural components, templates and repeatable custom shapes. Feasibility depends on the material, thickness, dimensions and complexity.
We review small radii, narrow slots and fixing points before production. This helps eliminate elements that would be too fragile or impossible to machine correctly.
- cut letters and symbols
- panels and structural parts
- holes, pockets and grooves
- templates and repeatable components
Preparing the file
A vector file or dimensioned drawing is the best basis for a quote. Holes, recesses and different machining depths should be marked clearly.
If no finished documentation is available, we can discuss the scope of design preparation. Complete information at the start makes technology selection faster and more reliable.
Material and edge quality
Every material behaves differently during machining. Hardness, thickness, workholding and the required finish all matter. Some parts may need cleaning or additional finishing after milling.
Parameters are chosen to reduce chipping, overheating and deformation. We confirm feasibility after reviewing the project.
How to order CNC milling
Send the file together with the material, thickness, quantity and preferred deadline. If you intend to supply your own material, state this in the enquiry.
- vector file or dimensioned drawing
- material and thickness
- number of parts
- finishing requirements
From brief to finished result
How does the project progress?
The exact scope of each stage is adjusted to the scale and requirements of the job.
- 01
File analysis
We check geometry, dimensions and project requirements.
- 02
Parameter selection
We define tooling, workholding and operation order.
- 03
Machining
We produce the parts from the approved program.
- 04
Inspection
We check completeness and the basic dimensions of the components.

Frequently asked questions
What to know before ordering
Final specifications are always confirmed after we review the location and project scope.
Which file format should I send?
A vector file or a technical drawing with unambiguous dimensions is preferred.
Can you produce a single part?
Yes, where the project and technology allow sensible production preparation.
Can I supply my own material?
This may be possible after confirming the type, format and condition of the material.
Let us discuss your project
Do you have a component to be CNC machined?
Send the file, material, thickness and quantity. We will review feasibility and prepare a quote.
